1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using bodygangsociety.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. About Us

The Site is operated by BODY GANG SOCIETY ("we", "us", "our"), a lifestyle marketplace based in Lagos, Nigeria. We sell fashion, beauty, baby, accessories, home and lifestyle products, and offer pre-order items for future releases.

3. Ordering

This Site does not process online payments. Orders are submitted in one of two ways:

  • Order via Email: you fill in your details at checkout and we email you a confirmation. Our sales team then contacts you with payment and delivery arrangements.
  • Order via WhatsApp: you fill in your details and we open WhatsApp with your order details pre-filled. You send us the message and our team confirms the order.

An order is only confirmed once our sales team acknowledges it and payment is completed by the agreed method. Submitting the checkout form does not, by itself, constitute a binding contract.

4. Product Information & Pricing

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images and prices. However:

  • Product images are for illustration purposes; minor variations in colour, texture or finish may occur.
  • Prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated and may change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by them, with a full refund where payment has been made.
  • Pre-order items are clearly marked as such and have their own estimated availability and dispatch windows.

5. Stock & Availability

All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and either arrange a substitute or issue a full refund where payment has been made.

6. Payment

Payment is arranged directly with our sales team via the method agreed during order confirmation — typically bank transfer or the payment method communicated at that time. We never ask for card details by email or WhatsApp.

7. Delivery

Delivery times, fees and coverage are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your parcel on arrival and report any issues within 48 hours.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns Policy.

9. Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items are sold in advance of stock availability. Estimated availability and dispatch dates are provided as guidance and may shift due to supplier delays. Where a pre-order is significantly delayed, you may cancel for a full refund.

10. Coupons & Promotions

Coupons are subject to the specific terms shown at the time of issue — including validity period, minimum order value, usage limits, and exclusions. Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash and may be withdrawn at any time.

11. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

12. User Content

By submitting reviews, comments, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the Site. You confirm that you own or have the right to share the content you submit.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and code — is owned by or licensed to BODY GANG SOCIETY and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish any part of the Site without our written permission.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law:

  • The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or our products.
  • Our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold BODY GANG SOCIETY harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The version published on this page at the time of your order governs that order. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
