1. Overview
This Shipping Policy explains how BODY GANG SOCIETY processes, ships, and delivers orders placed through bodygangsociety.com.
2. Order Processing
Orders submitted via Email or WhatsApp are confirmed by our sales team within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Once confirmed and payment is completed, in-stock items are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Pre-order items are dispatched according to the availability window shown on the product page. You will be notified when your pre-order is ready to ship.
3. Delivery Timeframes (Nigeria)

Delivery estimates are guidance only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to weather, logistics disruptions, public holidays, or other events outside our control.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and confirmed with you by our sales team. Our standard rate is displayed on the product page or shown in the order summary.
Free shipping is available on orders above the threshold shown on our homepage (currently ₦150,000 within Nigeria, unless otherwise stated).
For deliveries outside Nigeria, shipping is quoted individually based on weight and destination. Contact our sales team for an international shipping quote before placing the order.
5. Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, our team will contact you with tracking information where available. Courier companies also contact customers directly on the phone number provided at checkout.
Please ensure your phone number is accurate and reachable. Failed deliveries due to an unreachable phone number or an incorrect address may incur a re-delivery fee.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier cannot reach you after multiple attempts, the parcel will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Return and re-delivery costs may be charged to you.
7. Damaged, Lost or Missing Items
Please inspect your parcel upon delivery in the presence of the courier where possible. If a parcel is damaged, opened, or missing an item:
- Report it to us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include photographs of the parcel and its contents.
- We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
We cannot accept liability for items reported damaged after 48 hours of delivery.
8. Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address (including landmarks where applicable). BODY GANG SOCIETY is not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
9. International Shipping
We ship to selected international destinations on request. Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
